Yes there is free parking but when it's a busy day (typically weekends) the parking lot gets full before 12pm. Then it becomes a nightmare to park. There is preferred parking that is $8 or $10 (I can't remember, and they only take cash). So I suggest you come early if you can.

Yes, free parking. We got there two hours before closing so we were able to find close parking because most people had left. Parking is packed though so I'd reccomend keeping that in consideration
