I've been in a few times and it's always a very enjoyable experience. Staff is great, friendly and accommodating. Went in there today with some minor issues concerning my MacBook Air and Jesse sorted me out and had me on my way in no time. He was very attentive, super helpful and pleasant even when a customer tried to barge in front of myself, who Jesse was already attending to and another gentleman waiting. Highly recommend and will always go to sort out my computer issues.

The manager of the Century City Apple store referred me to Melrose Mac as the most technically proficient mac service center in Los Angeles. I brought my computer there and I could not be more appreciative and impressed with their technical knowledge and excellent service I received there. They are incredible!!! P.S. If you need any new equipment/computers, reach out to Katie. She is a lifesaver and helped me determine the perfect computer for my needs.

My apple watch stopped working, they appeared as a site to fix it, i went there, they couldnt fix it, they said they’d send it out to apple in a couple days, 5 days pass, i call, they haven’t sent it out cuz the find my phone is still on, the guy had taken it off, GUESS NOT, no one calls in those 5 days to say “hey turn the find my phone off cuz we can’t send it out” which is something that can be done remotely. I drive 55 mins in LA traffic to get there after work cuz they are only open during business hours, no weekends, i get there and THE SAME GUY has the nerve, after giving me my dead unfixed, unsent watch they held for 5 days with no correspondence, to say “oh we didn’t send it out?”…bruh! U asking me??!! I had to hurry out of there before anger consumed me

After over a week of my computer screen defiantly refusing to cooperate, I took it in to see JESSE at MelroseMac. To be honest, my overall experience was rage-inducing, but not because of a lack of incredible service or a solution to my problem. The store has a convenient location and a very kind, accommodating staff. I walked in for my appointment, checked in, and was talking to JESSE within 5 minutes of my arrival. To my utter dismay, JESSE opened my computer and placed his seemingly average hands on my machine and voila! Like magic, my screen popped on and was working with no issue whatsoever. JESSE is so talented and in tune with his craft that my computer became fully functional at the mere touch of his Houdini fingers. Despite my knee jerk reaction to flip over the help desk, my problem was solved and I could move forward with my life. JESSE was kind enough to not comment on my inept ability to power on my own machine and sent me on my way with pleasantries and a smile. No charge. Jesse is a blessing and deserves a raise. I highly recommend MelroseMac to anyone and everyone.

Yes the service department can fix that, bring in your Mac.
They perform Apple services under warranty for free, and what they can't perform in house, they will ship to Apple for covered warranty work. All covered by Apple. They are fully certified by Apple.
We fix all kinds of Apple products just bring it in in the sales guys will take care of you
