Trying to reserve the small interior room and told I can only reserve for same day use, but I see on library website the room was reserved in advance by other organizations so they had and have time to market events. Why can't I do that?

Some of these organizations have partnership with library and being able to book in advance is one of the perks.

I'd call or go in. I don't trust their online reservations to not get lost.

They have their own rules so you need to contact them.
