The employees in the office are the worst at this unit. Fred Varley stalks residents and harasses them to the extreme. He spread false rumors about the tenants to the other tenants in an attempt to get the tenants at odds with each other. The complex is full of "Karens" to the extreme. If you want to live somewhere peaceful and relaxing, THIS IS NOT THE COMPLEX YOU WANT TO LIVE IN!!!! You will regret moving here. Mark my words!!! It was so bad living here, my neighbors committed a crime against me and the property management endorsed their actions.

Update: End of wk 3, we have an ant problem in the master. I don’t get it. We don’t bring any food, no kids, just 2 fairly clean adults. <2 weeks in.. had to put a major water leak request. Due to neighbor so I truly believe it’s not mgmt’s fault ceiling is leaking in the 1st place but 2 wks passed & they haven’t fixed the leak! The big hole in our wall is bringing in both a funky smell, constant dirty water dripping & constantly having to waste time tracking/killing HUGE spiders DAILY. I’m a bit sad. The staff I’ve met so far is super friendly but feels like someone didn’t do their job before moving in... My unit didn’t look ready on day 1. We definitely didn’t feel welcomed. It feels like someone started to prep the unit & didn’t finish &/or no one inspected it enough. How did they miss a combo of holes & cracks in the ceiling from so much water dripping?? Most cosmetic flaws I’ve ever seen in an apartment on day 1: rusty metal/mirrors, big black carpet stain in master, rust-like stained baseboards, white paint splatters on dark cabinets, unmatching wall paint patches. Had to put requests for missing window blind & handle to open/close blinds, fridge leak, broken closet, loose screen door, which were issues since day 1. Keep in mind, we try so hard to be nice & fix things ourselves before a request. Otherwise, I srsly love that we get 1 reserved parking spot & feels safe around here.(: Security patrolling often. I really appreciate that as a tiny female. I also super appreciate that it’s pet friendly here! I have my 2 ESA senior pups moving in once the leak is fixed. I can’t ask for any more amenities, just better leak maintenance & pre move-in inspection.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My apartment is well maintained and full of natural light. Very comfortable and beautiful sunset views.

I've lived here for 2 years and really regret it. My microwave has been broke for nearly a week along with dryer issues. Put a request in and heard nothing for 2 days and can't get anyone to answer a call. Went by office Saturday and a lady called maintenance and they said it was scheduled for Sunday. That came and went. Left a message at office. No call back to me Monday and still no repair done. Thank goodness they lost my paperwork to renew(seriously). And can't wait to move out of here.
