Ordered an outdoor dining table from one of Sunset West outdoor furniture suppliers in May of 2021. I had to prepay the entire amount, in full. I was told the current wait was 8-12 weeks and to expect the table in late July 2021. The beginning of August rolls around and I inquire and am told now it’ll be late September. The date ends up getting pushed back, lie after lie. I was even told it was “on its way to the distribution center” in November of 2021. Now half way though January of 2022, nothing. I’m currently being told February to March? Really? It’s outdoor furniture. 90% of the country isn’t even buying outdoor furniture in the winter and they still cannot get me my product. I cannot even believe I am going to be coming up on a YEAR, in a couple of months. I have no options but to wait since we specifically ordered the table to match our other furniture. I completely understand with covid that the entire world supply chain is been turned upside down, however as a company you cannot still be selling people products that you know will not be in for serval months, feeding lies so that they will still purchase. As further more, this company chargers premium prices for furniture that is clearly made over seas. Now it might be quality, but for the price I believe you can get another brand made in the USA. Please look away and be warned. I know I’m not the first one with this same experience.

Just received my new Sunset West La Jolla patio furniture and it is beautiful! Very well-made and and reasonably priced. Their sales manager, John, was very responsive to my email questions and always gave thorough prompt, and helpful answers. I look forward to many years of family time with my new outdoor living furniture. The best company and products!

Absolutely the finest outdoor furniture I have ever seen or owned. We selected the Redondo collection for its square lines and contemporary design (our house is mid century mod built in the early 60's), and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The quality is outstanding, the welds are ground flush and the powdercoating is excellent. Do not hesitate to purchase anything made by Sunset West.

Sunset West makes quality patio furniture at a fair price. I love my patio set! They are a distributor and manufacturer and do not sell direct to the public. When I started my search for my patio set I really liked the look of the Sunset West Coronado and Laguna collections. I did some shopping around town, found them on display and ended up purchasing from a local store called Skylar's Home and Patio.
