Store will scam u out of hundreds of dollars by not allowing returns and their employees do no bother to tell u about the hidden 7 day window when the recipt says 30 better off going to best buy or Amazon least u can get returns there.

I've had some really negative experiences with the retail associates who work at the El Camino North location, so I thought I would try coming to this spot and it was definitely worth it. The girl at the desk (forgot her name sadly, I remember she had blue hair) was super nice and knowledgeable. I know that GameStop forces their employees to try and upsell things and push memberships, but she was very polite throughout. I'm so used to being harassed about promos by the clerks at the El Camino store that it was honestly a really pleasant surprise. If I ever need to go to a GameStop again, I will definitely be heading to this one.

Last time I was there I asked about a PS3 remote being fixed they say they don't fix it the only sell them you can go to a retro game shop and if we fix it for you is one in Escondido and is one in Vista where they sell old school games they normally take apart stuff and fix it

Not a good idea, just buy a used one from GameStop and get the warranty
A dualshock 4 will run you $59.99 brand new and pre-owned will run you $49.99 and they have a dead for 2 pre-owned controllers for $79.99. As a future reccomendation I suggest downloding the gamestop app, you can view pricings as well as availability of certain products in stores around your area. Hope this was helpful!!😁
