No longer many years ago that was set up privately and taken down by the State.

Carlsbad near the speaker power plant has volley ball courts Us to also sometimes near Delmar horse racing track just west but that's all paid parking now

No volleyball courts or any kind of courts. 😣

There are no courts at the campground but one beach south has courts South Ponto State beach
