No

No. The only "day use" lots are in Encinitas and Cardiff, but they aren't full campgrounds. Cardiff has the biggest lot and can accommodate RVs.

Only if you pay for the whole day and night. Then you use it for the time you need it. It's not that expensive

Only if you are already camping here ... It's at the very end of the north side
