NO, definitely not a no-kill shelter! I had a neighbor that was trapping all the cats in the neighborhood and by the time I found out about it and went to the shelter they had all been KILLED!
I don't think this is the case.
This IS a kill shelter, be ware, don't take any animals you've found here if you want them to live.
They kill animals really soon, don't give lot of time to get them fostered or adopted.
