Look for spay and neuter vouchers in your city or county.
I adopted 2 kitties from Baldwin Park shelter. 1 an orange tabby 1yr old and a 10yr old black oh, both females. The black kitty was there over a month before I was able to bring her home. They both have adapted fast to their new furever home, but there is some jealousy over my love. I love them both and they love me. I would call them and ask what you should do, but calling a rescue shelter is probably a much better and safer(for the kitties) way to go.
Baldwin is a kill shelter. Do a Google search and try to find a cat rescue or a no-kill shelter in your area.
Turn them in to the animal shelter
People that surrender their own animals should pay a fee! Why should the public shoulder their responsibility? If an animal takes up housing on your property and you turn that animal in so that they will be taken care of with a chance for adoption, that is different. Better to take to shelter or organization that can adopt out. Baldwin Park cares for their animals. I know because I got mine from there.
Inform Baldwin park animal controll .I have dogs and only dealt with the shelter once when my dog was missing.i got lucky a lady turned my little girl in. I live in Turlock.C A about 400 miles north.good luck!
Take them to the shelter but say you found them, or else they'll make you pay like a surrender fee per each cat/kitten
