absolutely horrible customer service & poor organization. NEVER pick up the phone. they need a more friendly & compassionate staff, especially the receptionist, so rude and attitudey. it's a shelter not a prison, be nicer lol

I agree with the comment . fortunately we're not there to adopt the receptionist. Lol

They work for the sheriff's dept. that might explain the rudeness. They do need more office help, but not sure we will ever see that. The do have volunteer helpers, but I don't see that as much of a help. I just see a lot of walking around

Report them to the Board of Supervisors so action can be taken

Just put a cage and some cat food and wait till you trap them.
