The machine where you pay the parking is not working. And this is the second time I take the train from here and that machine is still not working and it took my $3. But other than that it's convenient that they have Outlets pretty much on every spot where you sit.

Metrolink station, plenty of parking and also has car charging station. Seating to wait for train has outlets to charge your phone too.

a ticket from Los Angeles to Baldwin Park costs $5.25, one way. a two way ticket costs about 10 bucks.
It depends on the distance you're traveling. I go from Fontana to Baldwin Park. About $ 7.50.
No but you could take Metrolink to LA and then take the Red Line subway to 7th/Metro and transfer to the Blue Line light rail to Willowbrook where you can catch the Green Line light rail to Redondo Beach. Honestly it's so much better if you can take Uber/Lyft/Taxi instead or carpool with others at least part of the way. Metrolink trains are ok to ride, but taking the MTA light rails is kind of complicated, plus it takes a long time and it can be dangerous & uncomfortable.
On Saturdays the latest departure to San Bernardino is at 11:58pm (just before midnight). On Friday nights when there is a Dodger game sometimes there is a midnight train too, but double check before relying on this info. Going to Los Angeles, the last train mon to fri is at 8:50pm i think. Saturday the last train to LA is at 10:20.
