I keep wondering about "Chubbs" person. Someone must have loved and fed him before he "hit the streets". I wonder if his person became ill, developed dementia. Wouldn't someone have known he/she had a cat. What might have happened to his person?

I suggest that you go speak to one of the employees in the main office to see what they will tell you about this cat's whereabouts.

If you're interested in learning more about an animal's history, talk to the staff and they should be able to tell you more if they know anything at all.
