Actually they are open on Sundays; they open at 11 a.m. and the notary is in today. FYI they have a link on their website and you can chat with them even when they're closed. So I answered my own question but thanks to the community anyways
The one on East Valley Parkway is closed on Sunday always
I know they have a notary on site. Not sure if they work today
