Drove from Oceanside to pickup my package when hours state 10-2pm at the store and till 4pm online when I got there at 11:45am two kids inside standing there talking saying we are closed with the open sign on mind you unwilling to help and let me pick up my package sad to say but as a business owner myself the owner should be ashamed of the quality of service they provide as this is completely unprofessional I would give zero stars if possible as I have picked up packages here before and it’s always been a zoo. I don’t always leave bad reviews but for the hours to be open and people to go out of their way to pickup packages and then get zero help and have two employees inside doing nothing but playing on their phones during supposed open hours is ridiculous. I have attached their hours per google as well and even the store sign says till 2pm with no reason for being closed early today

Always efficient and polite here. If they're helping people ahead of you, they will notice you in line and ask you if you just need to drop off your packages. This has saved me a ton of time across my frequent visits.

Staff is always nice & friendly! They do it all! Wrapping, packaging, & mailing it off. They mailled all my husband's care packages during deployment & now I'm mailing my last package because we are PCS to Japan. They are taking care of my forwarding address too! They are so convenient & give me piece of mind. Thank you for helping me all these years while we where in Escondido! You guys are awesome!
