If you're a resident of Spokane County, there's no fee.

Hi Cherily! It is free to get a library card if you live in Spokane County. If you are interested in getting a library card we have a web-page, https://www.scld.org/get-library-card/, that has more information about our library cards. You can also go into any of our 11 libraries and staff will be happy to answer any questions you have and get you set up with a library card. Locations are located here: https://www.scld.org/locations/ Hope this helps!

If your not a resident...its 100$. But if you ask nicely they will give you a one day, or one week pass.
