So it's not a 5 star hotel. But it's a place to lay your head. Staff is nice. And care alot about everyone. As long as you do what you need to. And stay in your own lane you will be fine. I met my best friend here. And found out my son is epileptic and staff is so supportive. Jax is my favorite! She is fun qnd out going and all the kids love her. But she also loves them!

5 stars for visibility. This is not a safe, sanitary or healthy environment for Pregnant women. The staff are not the issue here. At least not during my stay. However the 'guests', most of them, have made this place a cess pool for germs and I have been sick almost my entire stay. I will be leaving here with an upper respiratory infection and an ear ache. As far as the staff goes. They have been very helpful with my husband and I and they have been very conscious of my mental health needs. They will be helping us for 2 years after and paid for our deposit on our apartment. So all in all, please. If you are Pregnant, find another option. Otherwise, be mindful that some of the families here can make this place miserable.

Yes. As long as there are children under 18 in the family and no more than 2 adults in the household. You can go to 631 Richard Allen court
calling is ur best bet, or ring the doorbell. if they got space they will let ya in
not at this time
There should be. Go to 2002 E Mission Ave and talk to someone there. ♡
You can and yes they do.
I'm not quite sure on how full they are but my wife works their you should be able to get in. Call 723-home
Yes, it is the only shelter families can stay together. But it is not a very good shelter. Your food will turn up missing, your kids will get extremely sick and/or get lice, and ths staff tend to play favoritism
For the whole family as long as there's children or pregnant. Men are welcome to come with kids, even if no wife/gf.
If you are still needing help, I recommend you go into open doors day shelter for there assessment and then they can walk you through what they can do to assist you and other resources in the area.
Hey Sara! Yes we allow you to keep your pet! We believe that the whole family deserves a home -- and that includes your furry family members too.
We do as long as they are pregnant or have children with them.
Hey Kassy! We do currently have room. If you call our shelter this morning at 509-747-5487, they will be able to help you out. I wish you the best :)
Family promises only works with families, if you had kids it would work. You can try Lunthern services or catholic charities.
Hey Alex! Since you are caring for a child, you do qualify for our programs. If you call our shelter at 509-747-5487, they can definitely help you out.
Only if they are either pregnant or have a child under 18 in their care
No they don't do motel vouchers. But its not a bad place to be. Staff is all pretty cool... some WAY more awesome than others but none r bad.
Yes, up to two adults can stay if the family unit has at least one minor and/or there is a pregnancy
Yes two pets only 🙂
No ID needed to stay there, but they will help you get your ID asap as it is necessary for most if not all housing services
Family with children or pregnant
If they have the room you would all be able to stay together.
Open Doors serves families with children. Check Feed Spokane Facebook page for a list of mealsites
Your best bet is to call in and speak with a supervisor on duty, 509-723-4663
You can stay up to 30 days and. Yes there is openings
Nope not anymore.
Open Doors also provides showers and laundry. There are no set time limits however this is emergency walk-in crisis shelter designed for short term stay. There are case managers who will help you connect with community resources as well.
If you are caring for a child or is pregnant is the only way they will let you say
Most likely. There's alot in and out. People get housing or family take them in. Best contact is their Facebook page
Yes! But you will need to go to the Open Doors building located at 631 S Richard Allen court.
