I had the same problem with them a month ago! Their customers service is horrible right now, due to shortage of employees and the demands!
I've been hung up on before trying to call them. If you're not far, it's better just to try going there
Most ALL these Stores use Covid as a reason for their Lack of Service, and inventory...come on now, We've been dealing with Covid for over a year, and a half! PLEASE STOP USING THIS EXCUSE, AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS...

I'm not surprised. Any time I go into the store the customer service line for product returns is astronomically long.
