Do they ticket you if you park in the middle parking lot area?

Many of the middle spots require you to pay a monthly subscription fee. They do patrol the lot - I got ticketed for having expired license plate sticker (I had renewed my plates but forgot to put on the new sticker)

Is parking still free? can you still park here if you're carpooling vs. taking the bus?

Parking is free in many spots. Some parking spots require subscription. They have no way of knowing whether you are carpooling or busing.

Does this place have bicycle parking?
