Musa is the man . He was so understanding and helpful in regards to having me print out an insurance form . After going through the ordeal on the computer , which I couldn't do , due to me having a 2 step process to access my email , he actually printed out the form for me free of charge . Thank you so much for the excellent customer service .

I highly recommend this UPS store. They sent my item clear across the country in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. Very courteous and professional staff as well. This was not inexpensive due to the weight and shape and custom hand made crate for the item. But I believe the cost was very fair and absolutely worth the excellent service. Thank you.
