Hi Diane. You can print your own benefit letter online if you have a MySSA account. You can sign up for one at SSA.gov. You can also call our office and we will mail one to you. 866-964-4324 M-F 9am to 4pm
The local office is closed. Call the main number they will give you directions on what your need to do.
