I have been here numerous times and every time it gets worse. This time I had to go home and repaint my nails because I was going to an engagement party and they were honestly so bad my husband commented that he could have done a better job! My nails weren’t even wiped clean before being polished. They violate several state laws when it comes to sanitation. Not sure these nail techs are even licensed. I will never go back again!

Decided to try this place for the first time & let me just say TERRIBLE , I came in for a simple acrylic removal , the First Lady i get brings me to the back to her station and removes the gel off my acrylic for ONE HAND & just instructs me to soak them both into the acetone bag she had & then she just gets up and leaves doesn’t tell me she’s leaving or where she’s going or anything , time goes by and she just never comes back . I notice that the hand that didn’t have the nail polish removed isn’t coming off because she didn’t remove the polish so the acrylic could melt !!!!! So i have to go to the front and speak to the man who sits there & he comes over and removes the gel polish off my nails and just starts chopping away at my nails carelessly to the point where my pinky was bleeding !!!!!!! Then he tells me to put my hands back into the bag . They wasted so much of my time until this final nice women came over and brought me to her station and removed my acrylic the proper way in less than 5 minutes , i was in the store for 30 minutes and they were just wasting my time & . As i am leaving i notice the women who just left me without explanation is doing someone else’s pedicure , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! & you would think with the unprofessional and having my pinky bleed they would tell me i didn’t have to pay the 10.00 for the removal , NOPE still charged me . Never again will i come here . I was trying to see if this was a good place so i could come back and do my nails for vacation but I’d rather go anywhere else . Very disappointed

love it here they do a great job my only issue is im paying 55 for my fills,same as first set also 55 for ]dicure me and my mom come for fills with gel and even hers ends up less than mine 110 every 2 weeks is extreme but i like the quality so ill come back but please lets fix this issue

DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS DONE HERE. They are completely untrained on how to do them correctly. I went and after about 2 fills, I went a third time. The girl left me with a chunk of them just sticking straight out diagonally. I had to meet my in-laws the next day and so I was asking if she could fix them. She rudely refused to even try and the manager had to do it. And even then, she left too long in weird places, and layered them so they were sticking into my eyes. I ended up going home and having to fix them myself because she made such a wreck of them
