Very small room, couldn’t even fit the luggage rack inside. Door to the bathroom was literally falling apart. Toilet in bathroom was crooked about 20 degrees. Supposedly the shower leaked as well. And the wall with the beds against it is also crooked and has a curve at the ceiling. No complimentary breakfast and no pool. Not enough room for activities. The room we stayed in also had a adjacent room to it with a door for easy access, but we could easily see in that room where other people were staying. Do not recommend staying here.

This DoubleTree property is not only rundown and dirty, it's the worst Hilton hotel I've stayed in for many years. It is an older hotel which has not been well-maintained. And when asked about my stay by the receptionist when checking out, I expressed my displeasure and they didn't ask "Why? What was wrong? What can we do better?" I travel extensively, so I've seen a lot of older hotels that are at least clean with a great staff and that makes all the difference. But this one was on its last legs and no one on the staff seemed to care. Stay away!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bathroom was not cleaned from previous user, hair everywhere, make up on towels, dirty shower curtain, and unclean sink. I called the front desk to clean it for the next day and all they did was replace the towels… there were hardly any lights in the room and any lamps they did have were covered in finger prints and what looked like chocolate?? Advertised queen beds were actually full beds in a queen frame with lots of excess space. Smelled like wet dog throughout the hotel. Only upside was the beds were comfy and the receptionist gave us a free parking pass for one of our guests (original pass was $14). Motel 6 takes better care of their properties. Stay elsewhere!!

Any review that says this is a fine hotel are false. To the contrary, Hilton should be ashamed for allowing this hotel to operate under its name as dirty and unkempt as it is. The broken-up parking lot surface as soon as you arrive tells the story of what you are going to find on the inside. The carpets in the common areas looked as if they had not been vacuumed in weeks. There were hand smudges over just about everything, the doors, elevators etc. The bathroom in our room had hairs on the floor and in the tub. Looked as though it had not been cleaned. I wiped down the console top with WetOnes and removed the residue of a spill. In the small fitness center two of the three treadmills were broken. Obviously the message is out, there appeared to be relatively few hotel guests.
