If you open a MySSA account, you can print a 1099 up yourself. Or you can call and we will mail a 1099 to you. You can also print benefit statements, change your contact info, and in MA you can file for a replacement social security card. Just visit SSA.gov.
You probably have to call, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I spoke to someone. I'm not sure if your local library has them. Most of the social security offices in are closed and not open to the public due to Covid. Most of the time you have to call and make an appointment.
Trying to get through them on a phone is ridiculous I'm at the offices are open possibly Manchester possibly level I haven't tried them to yet but I was told my phone to drop off paperwork Nashua and they're completely closed I am very upset at the moment so I wish you luck on the forms you can't print them at the library online or even pick them up at 11:30 or the post office used to have them
They usually send one by the end of the year, but you can always request to get one of SSA-1099.
