Yes I have seen at least 3 ladies behind desk, I just wanted an “invitation to be able to see my X-ray on my phone and since I leave in red bluff I didn’t wanted to waste gas all the way to Redding just for a question but k guess that’s what I have to do. Thank you ladies. I’m glad to know that I was not the only one it suck what about if we had any post surgery questions about ours health. Where we go to ?
It is EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of them. I have tried calling as soon as they open, throughout the day, on different days, and never once have they answered. The only time I spoke with them on the phone is when they called me. I was told they are short staffed and can't get to the phones. Lol. I went in there in person and was the only person in the waiting room and there were at least 3 ladies maybe 4 behind the desk. So annoying!! My doctors office told me that they have to call and just put it on speaker hoping someone will answer every single day!
Yes. Go in. The phones are secondary to people standing in front of the desk.
