This office is literally impossible to get through to on the phone. Thankfully my doctors office got through and told them I have been waiting MONTHS to get an appointment, since I got my referral, and they finally called ME. Unfortunately I had to cancel my long awaited appointment when they called to confirm it, they rescheduled me for later that week while on that phone call. Well I live an hour away and drove to said new appointment, just to be told I wasn't on the schedule for an appointment and they couldn't get me in. I have called their office at all hours, on different days, it doesn't matter- they do not ever answer. When I finally showed up there for my appointment in person, there were plenty of people working and chatting and I was the only person in the waiting room by the time I walked out. I was expecting to walk into a completely packed waiting room with one worker or something since they don't answer the phone. I assumed they must just be an insanely short staffed and busy office- especially at 11:30 in the morning. But no, they had 3-4 office ladies working. The lady was also rude to me until she confirmed with another that it was their mistake I wasn't on their schedule and then she felt kind of sorry, but still was not someone I would enjoy dealing with in the future based on her attitude. I was nice and understanding, because that is how I am, but now I will make a 2+ hour drive elsewhere to get the medical help I need, because I can't imagine having to deal with them every time I have an appointment, question, or just need to speak with them or my doctor!

Dr Hartzler is great, the office staff courteous, but some staff have difficulty understanding and completing office procedures, like referrals, medication management and billing correctly

I walked in to the office and waited maybe 2 minutes and I was out of there with in a 1/2 hour. everyone was kind, they knew exactly what to do and took car of my every need and I am going back this morning. Thank you all you there on the hill.
