They rented me a car that had warning lights on and when I called about the warning lights they told me to take it to the nearest enterprise, so I did. The one in Sacramento, who told me it was a malfunction of the sonar sensors and that it would be fine for a cross country trip to Oklahoma. I made it to New Mexico before the back tire blew out on I40 when I changed the tire I realized both rear tires were bad and splitting with wires showing g 😐 thank God for Armorillo enterprise they were open late and replaced the car and got my family into a safer car immediately. They were amazing👏 I am so grateful to them. Especially Sarah.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve rented a car for a day or sometimes two, I have ALWAYS been charged extra days when I specifically returned it way sooner than they say, so it’s frustrating that I always have to try to contact them to make the change to try and fix these obvious mistakes that occur randomly “by accident”? Who knows… but it really makes it a hassle for me to rent a car when I need to because I know that I’m always going to be charged way more than I’m told on my card, when I do everything correctly and return the vehicle always on time? I’m sure I’m not the only one who has this same issue…

They had no indication that we would be needed a major credit card and that a chase debit doesn't work, therefore denying us our rental that has been scheduled in advance leaving us stranded without a car in a different state, but don't worry they can offer to drop you off somewhere.

My reservation said to pick up the car at 12:00 noon on Saturday. I figured that I could roll in after 12:00 noon and pick up the car. I got there about 2:00 pm and the location was closed. Their Saturday hours are 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The fine print on the reservation said the the customer should arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation time and that they close at 12:00 noon on Saturday, but it still seems like they had me cutting it close either way. The info about the early close on Saturday should be more prominent on the reservation. I needed the car for a business trip where I had to be 300 miles away and arrive no later than 7:00 am on Monday. Maybe I could get the car on Sunday? Nope, they ate closed on Sunday. Epic fail.

Yes and they will drop you off at your place you're going to stay.
It has to be an actual bank card. My husband has a payroll/direct deposit MasterCard it won't work. Either actual credit card or bank cards only work with a $200 deposit.
No most want a credit card or debit card. Reloadables arent acceptable
I asked the same question in the office last week & they said Spouses in California are automatically authorized & covered. I "think" and you can ask about insurance coverage for non-spouses.
No in fact you not only get your 200 back for deposit they give you the extra day back.
But get there early because there isn't any parking spaces.
If it's during open business hours, just call and they will pick you up.
Yes they do just let them know where you are headed. Matt is the best guy to talk to I really recommend talking to him.
That depends on what size of car you want and how many days.
I don't know for sure. I would give them a call.
I am not sure about this one. We used a rental and drove to sac, then promptly returned it. It was after hours when we did the return. We parked the rental in the rear then put the keys into the return slot. Idk how you would get the keys after hours.
I'm not sure about the after hour returns but I do know the return procedure normally if you're ahead of schedule you call and let them know or you could just show up they're really polite and friendly and customer service Worthy in certain circumstances they don't charge you for another day and depending on the circumstance and as long as you call and explain that to them they'll go from there Enterprise is proud to serve you and millions of other customers.
Yes there pricing is awesome..
Yes. Reserve your vehicle online then go pick it up.
Yes they do you just follow their procedures to drop off and leave keys
You can call ask sometimes they have specials or go to their website and look it up.
Yes Redding has a great Cypress St location, and you can return cars to a different location than you picked up from, but it will cost you a few hundred bucks extra for the transfer of plates and ownership to the dropoff state, but last I knew it can be done
Yes they have still been open and opperaiting regular hours. They have been trying very hard to meet everyone's rental needs in this delicate situation.
They have some one way rentals
Hi You can check online or call the loçal branch to find out rates and information. People here give reviews or help with general information. The rates and mileage is better helped with their service counter. They are reasonable and the cars are nice.
You will need a real credit card, a drivers lic. , the economy car I rented was around 320 for 10 days , weekly rates are better and also there will be a drop off fee as your dropping off somewhere else ( think it was 75 ) but as suggested above your best answers would be to call them
Depends on which airport, also they will drop off anywhere in town, as far north as Shasta lake and as far south as Anderson.
Prices vary widely dependant on your needs, location, time and distance. ..meaning in state or one-way, weekend or weekday? My experience has proven to shop online first and then call to confirm and even ask price matching and/or additional discounts. Happy driving.
