This place Had some great front desk and nice nurses. But the dr was extremely slow and she didn’t seem like she was interested in treating anyone. Wait was over 2 hours and honestly at this point go to the ER.

Woman at front desk was completely incompetent, incapable at solving even most simple issue. Not helpful at all, recommend different urgent care

Would not be seen because I refused to answer questions on their intake paperwork completely unrelated to my health or my injury...like have i received, is there pending, have you applied for or do you intend to apply for a pension or compensation..and have i ever received disability compensation from the Armed Services? among a host of other questions that are invasive and unrelated...Screw this place...I guess you dont need the income...how about you just do the job youre getting paid to do...

I wish I could give 0 stars!! I HATE Pulse “Urgent care.” They say they’re an urgent care but they’re not. They’re a “walk in doctors office.” I have Kaiser, however, when I need to be seen and Kaiser is 2-2.5 hours away, Kaiser said I’d be covered going to urgent care. I saw pulse so I went. They billed me 100% of the bill. When I called pulse, they said, “even though it’s in the name, we aren’t an urgent care. We have this issue a lot unfortunately.” THEN F-ING CHANGE IT!!! 😡😠🤬

Depending on the results we may give the test results over the phone after the doctor reviews them; however some test results require you to be seen for a follow up visit to discuss treatment.
You should br able to. Check and make sure they are in service provider or the cost will be a little higher than you normally pay. They are great.
Just call the clinic and any of the receptionist should be able to help you or they will direct your call to the work comp department and they can get the appt rescheduled!
Doctor has to approve of it first, meaning you jumping through hoops to get the MRI. Always a xray first, then PT, then MRI. Good luck, oh and opioid free clinic.
Not sure give them a call
No we do not have ultrasound on site but we do have a few companies that we can get you into pretty quick.
Yes we can see patients for these things; we have strep tests and we also have x-ray on site.
We can see you for this. The prescription would require you to see a provider. We see cash pay patients all the time.
Yes we see cash pay patients all the time. If you need a price list you can contact the office so the appropriate amount is quoted. Thank you for your interest in our clinic!
Not the wait time that concerns me , thank you for you're Reply ..
Unfortunately no we do not; we are not contracted to bill either of those insurances.
For a new patient cash pay it is $107. After you are an established patient it is $75. These prices for an appointment with a provider only; anything extra will be collected after the visit.
