Front office friendly....The dental assistant and hygienist very kind and knowledgeable. After giving my history, was able to give me referral for my cleanings to best fit my needs. Wait to get in back less than 5 minutes, and wait to see actual dentist after less than that. The general check up and x-rays were swift and Dr Lee was in to see me quickly after to confirm my referral and do my check up. Some say referring out is not good business, but I think that they are very courteous for doing this in that they want to provide the best service even if it means less money in their pockets for doing so, so when explained to me this would be set up I appreciate them more and don't feel like a dollar sign to them, hard to do with any service industry nowadays. First appt here and will continue to bring my services to Dr Lee's office as the level of service stays consistent.

Nurse told me I need an extraction and a root canal but that the dentist could not do these things for me, and good luck finding an oral surgeon that accepts my insurance. she said there is nothing here we can do for you goodbye. I wish I could have talked to the dentist but I don't think he speaks English all he said to me was HI then spoke to the nurse in a foreign language, but he never addressed me about what was happening. First and last time for me sincerely disappointed.

Dr. Lee and staff was friendly and fast with updated xray technology that doesn't hurt and did a full set in literally 3 minutes😃left a smile on my face instead of tears. Dr. Lee is so fast your out of the chair almost as fast as you sit down in it. 2 minor fillings and xrays about 20 minutes. I was a very happy new patient of Dr. Lee's.

The dental assistant, Diana, was lovely and wonderful and nice and she you could tell she was experienced and she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. The dentist was more like a quack. He refused to give me enough Novocaine to numb my mouth and then worked on my tooth so I was in a little bit of pain and he wouldn't stop to give me more. He just was not concerned about that and then he didn't double check to make sure that my teeth were even so he had to come back in again to level out my teeth so that I can actually close my my teeth properly. So not impressed with the dentist but was very very impressed with the dental assistant.
