This place was AMAZING TO Me in Every Aspect.... They got me in did their thing and I was out...The Dentist lady was excellent and her staff was as equally as amazing and the guy who works on the mouth pieces was really nice and did everything he could to get mine PERFECT! They will not answer the phone, they say to please record your message. They do not return their calls. The web site will not make appointments for return customers, web site says to call the office. Office says please record your message. Around & around. Four months late I had to pay my caregiver (because I am bed bound) to drive over, go inside & ask them to call me just to make a follow up appointment. A month ago I received a text message telling me that it was time for a follow up appointment, please call the office. Around & around we go!!! AUGH

My experience has been amazing ~ staff and doctor are very efficient/effective at what they do, plus they truly care about your well being/comfort and are so pleasant to be around! They treat you as if you’re one of their own, that’s a great feeling ~ I have implants, will be getting my teeth in a couple of days and I’m so excited ~ I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to have dental care performed 😊🦋‼️

Yes they do, however if u want or need additional work done that your insurance don't pay for, you have to pay outta pocket. But they are awesome, and they also work with u. They are an amazing team. I promise!
I wasn't getting my calls answered or returned either so i walked in and they offered to see me that day. When i said no they set me an appt 1 week out.
They usually tell you to come back in the afternoon around 130or 2pm. Well at least thats what they told my grandmother. Hope this helps
