HiLine Homes has a wide selection of house options—different sizes, styles, numbers of bedrooms and baths, layouts. We chose Plan #2112 (2,112 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths) to replace our house destroyed in the 2018 Carr Fire in Redding, CA. We selected a few added options that were important to us—9 ft. ceilings, large windows, exterior access from 2 bedrooms, granite countertops, dark stained wood interior trim. Our sales manager John Chandler, who worked with us in construction design and contract negotiation, was very professional and thorough, even taking us on a tour with the homeowners of the same house Plan during its construction. Our project manager Matt Katsares got the house built correctly and on time, was responsive, calmly guided us through the process, and was straightforward regarding each aspect of the job, including any problem solving needed during the project. Product quality is very good, as is the workmanship of each trade. We moved into our new house in February, 2020, and immediately were right at home.
