LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE. Over the past couple years we’ve done business with this organization in several occasions, until now. Unfortunately, this relationship has now been tarnished due to an individual throwing a fit about the cost of a banner. After providing California Soccer Park with a quote, they proceeded to approve. We then began design. The files sent over were (in a printing professionals) opinion, poor quality. While most companies appreciate that we take the extra time to review photos/logos sent in prior to print, this organization did not. After being provided “print ready” artwork, we then reviewed and noticed issues. Somehow this became our fault but we worked with them to fix the problem, at no extra charge. The banner was produced and handed over, the customer paid and left our shop happy. Soon after we received a call from Chad New who proceeded to tell my that our prices are to high. I responded letting Chad know that these are our standard prices for banners. Nothing extra was charged. He said “I can get this banner online for half the cost” I then reminded him that they chose to call us and we sent a quote. If the cost was to high he was free to do business elsewhere. I said our standard price per sqft is $6.50 and that’s what’s it’s been every time we’ve done banners for them. He then said “so that’s it, you’re not going to adjust anything” I said absolutely not. At that point he hung up the phone. We then received a one star review where he proceeds to put blame on us for their poor quality artwork and what he presumes to be an expensive banner. Although a quote was approved. He notes that we’re nice people (because we focus on customer service) but somehow it was our mistake that they approved a standard banner quote and then decided it was to expensive. When he doesn’t get his way he will throw a fit and write an inaccurate review. Be aware of this guys horrible business tactics.

I wish they would put up more shade areas for parents to sit. And the parking situation needs some work but it's a beautiful facility overall

We played there last year for district cup, since we were playing we did not have to pay but all the spectators had to pay an entrance fee.
