I understand why you went away from using plastic straws, but why did you replace the little reusable metal side dishes like you use for a side of tartar sauce with throw away plastic one. Isn't that a step in the wrong direction.

Hi Greg, What Echo says is true. However, there's a bit more to the story. We'd been losing our stainless steel "bullets" at a frightful rate, so we decided to start serving dressings and sauces in those little pleated (compostable) paper "souffle" cups. A couple of weeks ago our supplier sent us compostable plastic cups as they were temporarily out of the paper ones. That's probably a lot more than you wanted to know, but we're glad to know you care! Cheers, The PB
