Mostly good stuff! The negroni bianco was a solid cocktail (after fruit fly was removed). Dishes were very good except for the “house-made” pasta. Very doubtful that the pasta is made in house. The sauces lacked flavor and seemed to be all crushed tomato. Try to add some garlic perhaps! Hummus was great. Service was good.

The atmosphere? Pleasant. The rest of the experience? Disappointing. Despite being the first party seated after opening at 11:30AM, several other parties were taken care of before us. Waited ~15 mins for the waitress to come by with water. Ordered the meatball appetizer. Usually you expect meatballs to simmer in sauce, but these were dry, only lightly sauced and the inside was cold. Very off-putting. Asked for bread and oil (which is typically served complimentary here). Was told it was still frozen despite seeing it served at tables next to ours. Waited 50 mins for a margherita pizza while all other tables around us got served. Pizza was okay, but unfortunately not cut properly and half of it fell onto the ground. Waitress didn’t care. We’ve been strong supporters of the Tuscan brand restaurants for a while. However, this is our first time trying the newly renovated Tuscan Market and it’s unfortunately gone down hill since it’s previous grab&go shop. The table service is slow and unfriendly, and the food is sub-par. I remember when Tuscan Kitchen was on Rte. 1. Food was excellent, now that they’ve moved, not so much.

Good Italian food. Fresh homemade pasta, seafood and a wonderful Tiramisu. Plus a real Italian Espresso.
