How does one politely request for the MILLIONth time to not leave packages over 100 feet from my front door? My front door is 30' from street. UPS driver leaves packages 30' away from bottom of handicap ramp that leads to front door. ? Stoner ?

Call the UPS customer service toll free number and ask them to work with the drivers to help get packages closer to your door. Be aware that if there is any obstructions or safety issues this could prevent the drivers from being able to get it closer to your door, but calling customer service will help get your issues resolved.
