Great Facility that offers everything. Gyms, Weights, lap pools, and basketball and other sports tournaments…. Couldn’t ask for more in a small coastal team…

After spending several days traveling 101 it was nice to get out of the van and burn off some energy in the gym here. Everything was kept up and clean, even the bathrooms! Shower was nice and hot.

Very nice, nice people, huge rooms for exercise. Lots of equipment. My first time in, I signed up for membership on the spot after tour.

Intentionally difficult. I called front desk 4 times to get information about whatever new covid procedure they're doing now. No answer. Called the aquatics center twice. No answer. Website says the pool is open as of January, hours online listed are from 7am-8pm (which is not accurate for pool use btw.) Drove 30 mins to inquire about using the pool, or at least to get booked in to use it. Was immediately dismissed and turned away. Front desk lady said the process is "entirely online now" and simultaneously claimed they were "too busy to answer the phones"... Too busy with what exactly? The lobby was empty, and apparently everything is done online? We were standing right there and the lady wouldn't even register us in the system or help us make a reservation at all. Their excessive Covid procedures are designed and enforced intentionally to be as tedious as possible. Well done. I do not recommend attempting a fun day at the rec center anytime soon.

There is an after school program during school days, camps during most non-school days and a summer camp that you can have your child signed up by days attended rather than week. They serve ages 5-12.
Yes :)
I believe if it's not glass or alcohol
We don't have a month pass. We have a 10 visit pass that sells for $44 if you live in Newport. Other passes available. Check out our website site. newportoregon.gov. recreation center, fees and passes. I work tomorrow 4-8 or Sunday 11-6.
I should recommend the 10 visit pass that is good for 2 years. If you think you'll ever use the facility more than once, it is the best deal.
It changes depends on instructors and what they or you teach. You can always call prior and ask. You can also.do your own if your qualified. With a yrly membership you can take any class anytime with no additional cost. We love it
5am to 9 pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday 7 to 8pm, Sunday 11 am to 6 pm
Not sure, but I imagine they will...
Not sure if family shower. But there is showers in both men and woman's bathrooms that have hot water. Number one plus is if it is your very first time it's free.
i think you meant to put this in reviews and not questions... anyway the jets you have to turn on yourself and well i just got back from there and the temp is a little better but yes the pool is trying to save money by being a little colder then other places.
