Who do I call for a neighbors small dog he leaves outside from sun up to sun down in the heat and barks all day long for the past year.

If the dog has water and or shelter of any sort there isnt anything you can do. If it barks past 9 pm you can file a noise complaint but if the dog isnt barking when the officer arrives there isnt anything they can do

Animal Services or ASPCA

You can try the non emergency animal control number but I don't really think there's a whole lot you can do. Good luck

Dear God !!! Go save this poor little dog ! He is very very lonely. Have you checked to make sure he is fed and given fresh water all the time ??? Why would you sit back and watch this precious loving little thing be mistreated for a YEAR ?????? What would you feel like chained up with NO attention of any kind ? No wonder this baby barks. This is why I despise people !!! Why have a dog and sentence it to a life chained/penned left alone. It takes a special kind of scum to treat a loving, innocent, voiceless animal like your neighbor is doing. I pray SOMEONE SAVES THIS BABY

Thanks Vanessa. Wow, I'm really amazed at the rules our county makes. These dogs bark ALL DAY LONG!! All of the neighbors have left notes and called homeowners association on them for many violations just in the past year. The dogs dug holes under connecting fence and are in my yard as well. smh!!
