Staff is Amazing! They care for your fur babies like it's there's. All the Veterinarian are Amazing as well. I would highly recommend them to everyone and have. I am very picky on the places I take our fur babies. They truly was above and beyond my standards.

Staff was friendly, wait was a bit long... we showed up on time and didnt leave until 3-4hrs later... so expect to clear your schedule (have to understand, theyre not sitting on their butts. They are working HARD and TIRELESSLY, so we appreciate you guys for that!) I really appreciate their gentleness on my baby boy and baby girls... the boy was so comfortable in this place he actually wandered around the area exploring the room.

Today was my first visit. I shopped around thoroughly for a vet's office with an adequate front-end (office staff) and prices. Crystal Creek was tested and each time I called for info their front-end proved to be efficient and professional enough for me. When I arrived with my two chihuahuas the experience was above my expectations. Not only front-end (reception area) was above par but nurse and Dr Vergel were outstanding. I can be a tough customer. When I say something is good, you can take it to the bank. It's only fair to say, you won't find perfection in any business. So what if mistakes happen, a little lack of communication, a misunderstanding. Be realistic or go to other vets. If you find perfection, let me know. I've been to others, one I gave 4 yrs of business. Enough was enough for me and my pets. You wouldn't want to go there.

First off I have to say that I was impressed in the beginning with their facility but after having a touchy experience with my dog passing away and the feeling that they could have done more however I decided to give them another try. Especially being the owner of six dogs I always look for the best experience. My dog had a viral infection which was affecting her breathing swallowing and her eyes as you can see were swollen shut almost. I indicated to the doctor what the issue was and her prognosis was Benadryl then she proceeded to tell me if the problem isn’t resolved come back tomorrow and we will prescribe her a medication however when I came back the next day the doctor was gone and left no notes and my poor dog was suffering. I had to go to Hiwassee vet clinic here in Orlando Florida who I have to say was the most amazing experience dealing with a Doctor Who actually knew what he was doing, not only did her Perform an eye exam he, knew exactly what was wrong with my dog prescribed for a different type of shots and three different type of anabiotic‘s and I have to say now she is doing great and back to normal health. I have to say that my experience at this location was not positive due to the fact that I felt the doctor had no clue what to do and did not follow standard procedure with a infection. I would not recommend this place but definitely consider all the other wonderful vets here in the city that would be a better use to complex situation. No follow up afterwards . This place was a joke

Questions & Answers

If I'm from Texas would I be able to adopt Achilles once he was ready for a home?

Brooke Williams | Aug 20, 2018
Rafael Arias | Aug 20, 2018

Thank you for your intention of adopting a pet. Call them and they will be more than glad to help you through the adoption process and make the necessary arrangements with you. People there are very nice and friendly. According to Florida Law and Orange County regulations you will get with the adoption a legal document certifying the vaccinations are up to date. It could be great if the community gets a follow-up from you. Good luck for you and Achilles?

We see appointments Monday thru Friday 10am -11:30am and then again from 3pm until 6:30pm. On Saturdays our appointments run from 9am until 1pm. Thank you-Tanya

How much is the cost of an appointment?

Fausto Martínez | Aug 20, 2019
Rafael Arias | Aug 20, 2019

According to my records a physical examination $ 45.00. Tests and vaccinations are extras. Sometimes, there are promotions for new customers or services. Prescriptions are usually cheaper online than in vet clinics. Obviously, when your pet has a vet condition, you will pay your vet in the act. They offer vet health insurance also. If you want, read my review about this Animal Hospital. Thanks for reading.
