I was in need of a 75 gallon fish tank as mine sprung a leak. I had fish in the bathtub. The only place within 20 miles was JYP and Sand Lake at a cost of $350. With no other choice made long drive. Upon return home and close inspection saw gouge in corner glass and framing all scratched and gouged. When I called the guy (who helped put on our truck) he was extremely rude! Next day found better tank for half the price at Petco in Brevard. Had to drive farther but worth the savings and better customer service. Return of damaged tank at PetSmart was not a hassle.

‼️READ FULL REVIEW‼️ I generally like this store. It’s clean, most of the workers are very nice, and they’re generally in stock of everything I need. There is an issue though. Thankfully it wasn’t a big one for me as an experienced rat owner, but it would be a HUGE one for most other people. ‼️WARNING TO ANYBODY WANTING RODENTS‼️ We purchased a lovely little 3 month old fancy rat from this store. She is sweet and becoming more socialised every day, but huge problem! They say that this is an “all female” PetSmart, but something is definitely wrong, as our rat we bought a week ago just gave birth to 6 babies! We do not own any male rats. She got pregnant before she came to us and she’s now handling babies when she’s just a baby herself. Babies are cute, but they’re a LOT of work and responsibility to take care of, and I just wish that this store and/or their breeders took more precautions than were actually taken. Be careful. You very well might become an unexpected grandparent to a bunch of new babies. Another important note, she has a chronic respiratory issue because of the care that she received at either the store or the breeders. Be careful. I would suggest that you buy from a responsible breeder opposed to this store or possibly any other pet store like PetSmart or PetCo, etc etc. It’s safer. Much safer. Take the right precautions for YOUR family.

Easily hundreds of dead fish in their display. Zero customer service. I asked for assistance, and was basically brushed off. Then I walked past the managers office and wasn't even acknowledged. The most disappointing pet store i have ever walked into.

Once in a while they have pet adoption events. I have seen some nice gentle dogs looking for a good family.
