Keep coming back to this store because of the employees! Great customer service and they always have the products that I’m looking for. Grooming experience has been one of the best so far. Taking time to get to know my pet. How do I know? Well, the groomer (Cassie) remembered that my dog had some health issues and asked me how he was doing, making the experience a personal one. I recommend this store 1000000%

The staff here is very friendly, helpful amd professional. They have a good amount of feeder bugs. Their reptiles seemed to be healthy even for it being Petco. Wish they had a wider variety of reptile lighting though. All in all not a bad pet store.

The male manager who is older, not sure his name. He is rude beyond belief and doesn’t understand costumer interactions/relations. There is a store on Lee Vista that is a lot better quality, newer, and very nice staff. I will drive out of my way to go to that store. This store smells, is seedy, and clearly is lacking in costumer service. Never had such a bad experience at a Petco before. Pease hire new management, and maybe promote the younger manager - he’s better with costumers.
