I believe you can get a trap from animal control or they should be able to help find someone to trap it. Good Luck they can be nasty if threatened.
Good luck, but being a native Floridian, I have encountered the same problem for decades. Not only raccoons, but if you have trees, squirrels will also chew holes at the top of pool screens. Also, inspect your eaves. If you have the old plastic elliptical plastic vents, you need to replace them. When it is cold, squirrels can breach these and end up in your attic. Believe me, I know! As for garbage cans, you need something exactly like or at least approximating the "bear-proof" receptacles. The closer you live to the old untouched woods/forested, wild land areas (like I did growing up in Alachua County), the more often you will run into wildlife. That is part and parcel of choosing to live in Florida. Houses not in highly urban areas must be "wildlife-proofed" just the same as a house with a new infant that needs to "baby-proofed."
You need to call florida wildlife
Ok thank you so much.
I do not belief this place will help with that, they are more a shelter. You'll need a wildlife trapper. Can find them online.
