You can contact animal control to see if they will relocate the animal. Other option is to release it unharmed. Do not approach the animal. They are known to carry rabies. Be careful.

They do not do private appointments or walk-ins. They only vaccinate for people that are adopting. There is the Osceola Vet Clinic which is open to the public at low cost, you might want to check that out

You should regularly visit the refigios in the counties near you. If consistent, you can find a purebred dog. I found a pure sausage. Although they have a great variety of animals all the time.

Your best bet is to call the city. If the city cannot help you or advise you then you may be forced to call a Trapper who would specialize in coyotes. Of course, calling a Trapper would be an added cost to you.
