It was my first time going there my dog is 8 weeks old and they took very good care of him. The staff was very friendly and displayed their love for animals. The vet called me the following day to check on him. I am very pleased and will return.

They were so caring and receptive to my needs as a grieving owner. Both Dr. Madera and Dr. Wright are absolutely incredible. I have a very old Shih Tzu with a complicated medical history and ongoing issues. Dr. Madera (who was my dogs primary vet), helped us find solutions to make Ender more comfortable and give him the best, longest life possible. Even though he was complicated, the Drs and the staff really cared about Ender and knew him every time he came in. They provide a small town, understanding, and personalized approach for every animal they see. Even with having seen the best surgeons and vets in Chicago, truly nothing compares to the care your pet will receive at St. Francis. I’m truly grateful for the compassion and care they showed for Ender.

I LOVE this place. We have been taking our dogs here for over 12 years and the quality of care, service, and overall concern for the well-being of your animals is obvious here. The staff is incredible in every way and the doctors do a great job making sure you understand what's going on and what options there are. I only wish they offered after hours care so I wouldn't have to ever take my dog to the emergency clinics in the area which are a nightmare in every way.
