I would like to give a big thank you to Chris who had amazing customer service on the phone and in store. I was looking for a certain printer that was sold out everywhere I checked. I called this store and there was one left. Chris said he would put it to the side for a certain amount of time. When I got there I was worried that he may have not really put it to the side but I was wrong. I got there and he went to the back and grabbed it for me. Then he even gave me some tips on the ink. It was a Christmas gift for my wife (she loves to make t shirts) so the fact that I was able to get one made my day and her Christmas! Thank you Chris for going above and beyond?

Staples is not enforcing the mask wearing policy due to the covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. I'm very disappointed in Staples St Cloud Florida. I usually shop there when I'm in a rush for a last-minute item to run my small business. Sometimes waiting in line at Walmart for one item doesn't make sense until today. Today I witnessed one of their patrons not wearing a mask. I politely asked the cashier why aren't they enforcing the mask wearing when folks come into the store. The gentleman walking out the store turned around and said that the county does not require mask wearing anymore. He then replied that he had the vaccine and wasn't worried about getting sick. He also replied that he was a public servant and once he was vaccinated he did not have to wear a mask. I then replied what about the folks who haven't gotten the vaccine. He turned away and said, " oh well it's not required and I'm safe" and walked out. Then I asked the cashier why they are not enforcing the mask wearing policy when patrons enter their store. The cashier replied and said that corporate would rather have customers than complaints. I then replied that it offends me that Staples in not enforcing the mask wearing policy and you've now lost me as a customer. I don't understand the reasoning behind corporates decision for not enforcing the mask wearing policy at Staples St. Cloud Florida.

I went to Staples today looking for a very particular table unfortunately the first young lady asked to help me kind of brush me off and tell me the table wasn't there after looking around and getting some help from Jose at the Saint Cloud store store number 4058 on the door he took the time to look and got me the table and that pretty much made the rest of my day awesome store Jose is a great guy

Very clean store and has pretty much smoothing you are looking for in regards to office supply. Only reason for 4 stars was because they had only one register open and three checkout process took a bit long. Also double check as they are scanning, one of the items rang up full price but was on sale. Took them a few minutes to get that fixed.
