Yes, you can use a rifle on an indoor range. Most rifles get zeroed on a 25 meter/yard target anyway. You don't need a 100 or 200 meter range to zero your rifle. Plus it's a lot more comfortable than being in 95° Florida heat.
You can absolutely bring in multiple firearms. On your sighting needs it would depend on what needs to be done. If a small range adjustment and my range folks have spare time they could likely assist you. If more is required (for instance you need your sight mounted) you can leave the guns for mount and boresight in gunsmithing.
Why would you want to bring a rifle to an indoor range? It's a short range. Go to an outside range for sighting a rifle. I think you can bring multiple pistols to this range give them a call
