Worst place to deal with stihl equipment. I dropped my weed eater off a month ago and only after me calling them to see what was going on twice, I finally went up there and they said that they forgot to call me and tell me that I needed another part for my weed eater. So for 2 weeks I thought that they would have fixed it but they just didn’t call, didn’t notify me at all, I told them I needed it back and then the mechanic got all upset and mumbled something as he went back to get it… terrible customer service. I wish I could give no stars because that place Is awful.

I have gave this company chance after chance to make things right on fixing multiple pieces of my equipment. The owner and his wife are completely disrespectful and down right rude to their customers. I have them on video calling me names and being very hostile towards me over me deciding to take my equipment for a second opinion because they diagnosed it wrong. They told me after taking my blower apart that it was blown up (wanted to take my money to replace parts) only to find out after taking it to a reliable shop that it was just a part that was bad. I highly recommend Cutting Edge off Edgewood or the mower shop off of county line. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.
