*** Very Unhappy *** HIGH EXPECTATIONS/DISAPPOINTED I utilized this facility in a boarding capacity during my family vacation. Unfortunately my vet was not able to accommodate the dates I needed. I thought I asked all the right questions and the staff assured me they would be in good hands and I trusted them with my babies. Upon our return and pick up our well kept babies looked like outside dogs, they were filthy and I didn't think to ask and pay for a bath because I gave them to the facility cleaned and well groomed and assumed they would be returned in that fashion. When I picked them up their paws were black and they reeked of feces. One of my Cavs lost weight I'm not sure if she ate the food I provided for her. She had diarrhea so bad and lost control of her bowels on my clothing (something that has never occurred). No feedback was provided other than the male wouldn't go outside for dog play without his sister. I don't know if they ate all of the portioned food and snacks as nothing was given back to my family. I'm hoping my dog doesn't require a vet visit. I'm very disappointed in the service. I've since learned other facilities have cameras for families to view their dogs stay. This was my first time being away from my babies and to see one of them in this condition. I'm heartbroken. I can't ever do this again!!! I should have taken pictures

Read the good reviews and looked like they could watch my puppy for the day, the place seemed clean and the receptionist was friendly. The price was fair the location convenient. My new puppy loves everyone and gets along with other dogs. We are still in the potty training mode. When my wife went to pick her up she was wet and smelled like pee. I'm not sure if she was laying in it or what happened. It got all over my wife's work clothes and they both needed a bath. My wife said that there were 30 other dogs in there that day. Thank you for your response. I appreciate your desire to run a good business

I have been taking my pets to four paws only when they first opened on Edgewood across the street from my father's store mid Florida audio video. Ron and Sandy and their family and employees are the absolute best anywhere around they take the best care of your pets the doggies have the best boarding it's just amazing I would give them 100 Stars if I could but it only lets me rate them five don't take your pets anywhere else!!!

We are from out of state and recently boarded our German shorthair pointer. We were very pleased with the kind caregivers and clean facility. The rate for boarding your dog is also very reasonable. We will not hesitate to use your kennel again if needed. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our fur baby.😊🐾
