My sales Person was James Brownlee .Very professional let me know all the programs they have and I choose to have them to install some insulation in my attic . So we set up a date & time when they can come by and install it . Fred Gow and his Co -Worker Called about 30 minutes before they arrived . Show them where they can get to the attic asked them to be careful about walking on the ceiling and garage ceiling when applying the insulation .Fred said no problem we walk on the beams was like okay that makes sense. They started and finished in about a couple hours .They cleaned up any mess they had and was done in about a couple hours .I felt bad for them I have no trees in my yard and it was in July I know they had to be roasting up there gave them some bottle water and off they went . Great over all experience with James Brownlee the Sales person and Fred Gow . Bruce Sadler

We had our house termite treated by Truly Nolan about 4 years ago and just had Gregory King with there company come out to do an inspection to make sure all was well. Greg was very professional and nice. Greg checked my whole house inside and out and even got up in the attic. Greg answered all of our questions and talked about retreating at the end of 5 years. We really liked Greg and have a lot of faith in him taking care of our house.
