Don't send your loved ones here! My dad was supposed to be in rehabilitation after a hip surgery and when he came home he had BAD untreated sores on his "behind" and a huge one on the heel as if he was moved from bed very little. He couldn't even talk, had no voice and was stiff. I don't think he was encouraged to eat or if he was helped at all (he has Parkinson's), so he lost a lot of weight. Only a few pieces of clothes that we sent with him came back (they were all labeled with his name), they sent him home with all the wrong clothes from another patient. The personnel is nice but we regret greatly sending him to Valencia Hills. You don't even know what's really going because they don't let you in because of COVID-19.

I wanted to take this time to acknowledge the absolutely outstanding staff at Valencia Hills. My dad had only been there for 2 months before going home to be with God. The love that Jason, Nicole, Dianna, admissions office, business office, housekeeping, dietitians & rehabilitation center was greatly appreciated and words can’t truly express the emotions I feel right now. do NOT send your loved ones here! my grandfather was just there he went in with a UTI and came out with four infections and pneumonia I 100% would not recommend this place to anyone! the nurses kept claiming that “he is fine” when clearly he was not. they refused to call 911, my aunt had to. he looked like he hasn’t been taken care of in a few days, it made my stomach turn the way he looked. if you look at the other reviews it is sickening how these nurses treat there patients like they are nothing.

If I could give this place a -100000 I would. My grandfather has been sick for who knows how long the month he has been there and nurses said he was “fine” meanwhile he has a uti , osteomyelitis, and pneumonia. And they wouldn’t call an ambulance to come get him so my aunt had to. So I would not recommend this place. Save your money and your loved ones. This place definitely needs to be shut down or fined.
