I travel across Florida on my days off looking for new gun ranges to visit, and buy new gear for my reviews for my channel. I called at there business at open hour, and talked with a sales associate about S&W SD40VE MAGAZINES. I was put on a brief hold, and the sales associate asked the owner for the price on the mags I questioned about. The owner tells the associate $30 each. I PERSONALLY HEARD HIM TELL HIM THE PRICE $30 A MAG! I asked the associate how many do they have and was told 5 in stock. I told the associate Im ABOUT 1 hour, and a half from you, AND I will head out, and purchase all (5). 1 hour, and 42 minutes later I arrive, and go inside to pick the mags up, and the associate tells me he made a mistake on the price. He said he tried to call me back, but i never answered. They are $39.99 each plus tax. The owner tells me he can't go any lower on the mags even though you drove close to 2 hours to get there. (FIRMLY)! It was at this point I said to my self (buy it anyways, and be sure to never ever go back to this store again). I purchased all 5 mags at $39.99 plus tax, & PURCHASED 2 boxes of ammo, and a olight pro Valkyrie 1500 LUMENS weapons light WITH NO CHARGER. I spent over $360 for everything. I didn't like the experience not 1 bit, but I guess the experience fits perfectly with the owner, and sales team, and making things right for there mistake. I will say though; Thanks for the $10 off on the weapons light that came with no charger. I found a charger on Amazon for well under $20.00 & thank you for saving me thousands to not come back. Well; That about sums up my trip to the second worst GUN STORE IN FLORIDA. CONTINUE TO WORK ON YOUR communication, and customer service skills. Honest mistake or not, I forgive ya. GOD BLESS.

Not sure his name but the guy with the mustache with little man complex is very rude. Prices are higher than almost any gun shop I have been to in polk county, guns , ammo, everything overpriced. Only gave a 2 because at least they have inventory. But definitely last on my list if I ever need anything
